Action Ice is very selective about our drivers. With our extensive training in DOT safety and compliance, our customers are guaranteed professional and courteous delivery. We maintain our driver's files in full compliance with DOT regulations. We hire only experienced drivers who are committed to providing exceptional service. In addition, to be eligible for employment with us, A driver must:

•Be at least 23 years of age
•Have a minimum of 2 years of recent, verifiable CDL experience
•Possess a valid DOT Medical Long Form
•Have no more than 2 moving violations and no more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 36 months
•Have no more than one major moving violation (including seat belt violations) in the past 12 months
•Have no more than one preventable accident in the past 12 months
•Have no more than 4 current points on their MVR
•Pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and be entered into our DOT certified random drug screen program
•Have no DUI, OWI, or DWI convictions in the past seven years
•Have no record of a felony conviction in the past seven years
•Have not failed or refused a DOT drug screen in the past 36 months
•Trained on fork lift and pallet jack and become certified 

We conduct thorough employment background and criminal history
in addition to the past three years of drug/alcohol history as mandated by the DOT.
