As a Dispatcher you will report to the Director of Distribution. Emphasis will be on providing unrivaled customer service while fostering growth and maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Your focus will be on the transportation and distribution functions which are critical to the success of our business. You will be responsible for functions that relate to the operation and management of our delivery team, and our warehouse, yard, equipment, and trucks. Task prioritization and organization, personnel scheduling, delivery routing, equipment maintenance, corporate communications, and the personal discipline to reliably adhere to policies and procedures will be emphasized. Candidates for this position must demonstrate the responsibility to organize, lead and manage activities.
